LOCATION: Ruthven Park

243 Haldimand County Hwy 54, Cayuga, ON N0A 1E0

SCHEDULE:

SET UP: 8:45AM- 10:45

SHOW: 11AM- 2PM

CLEAN UP: 2PM- 3:45PM

Map

I tweaked a map I found online and marked it. There will be signs for parking.

*The show will be in the stone building (coach house).

BOOTH

TABLE Bring your own table cloth that matches your branding. Linens are not provided.

ELECTRICITY If you require electricity. Bring your own extension cord.

CHAIRS Chairs will be provided to those that requested, see chart.

PIPE & DRAPE 20 feet (black) going down centre as indicated on layout.

*I will attach a chart below soon will final numbers for this, based on our conversations. If you see something wrong please reach out.

Passport

Each attendee that wants to participate, will get you to initial your square (this will encourage them to visit every booth and not skip anyone).

I will supply coloured pens to vendors. Fully completed passports will be entered into the card box (located at sign in desk) for a chance to win one of our giveaway prizes.
