Day of Coordination $750+Tax

A Day-of Coordinator is a professional who manages and oversees all the logistics of your wedding—on the day it happens (up to 10 hours).

They ensure that everything runs smoothly, on time, and according to your plan.

Prior to Wedding (Typically 1-3 weeks before wedding day)

Once all decisions have been made by wedding couple & timelines are in order, you will email marrymemobile.ca@gmail.com:

• Detailed Timeline
• Vendors List, names & phone numbers
• Wedding Party & any other important people
• Music List for Ceremony & Reception
• List of Tasks required for Day of Coordination
• Note any additional details that might not be obvious

We will go over this information & then have a Phone Consultation to understand your vision, schedule, vendors, and plans.

If location is in close proximity, they could visit the venue if you think it would be helpful to review layout and logistics.

Tasks They Perform:

• Oversees setup ceremony site, reception area, decor, signage, etc...
• Watchful Eye for details so everything is tidy and functional.
• Keep everything on schedule, including the ceremony, photos, meal, speeches, etc... according to your timeline
• Manage vendors ensure they arrive on time & set up correctly.
• Day of communication they will keep everyone in the loop if changes occur
• Problem-solver, something will go off track. It's fine we will fix it.
• Handle emergencies or last-minute changes discreetly.
• Direct guests, wedding party, and family (example: getting people lined up for the processional).
• Distribute final payments/tips to vendors (if you give them ahead of time).
• Pack up important items like gifts, card box, personal decor into a secure location or help pack up leftover food at the end.
• Completion of any small day of tasks that you wish you could do yourself but won't be present to do so.

-In short, your PERSONAL ASSISTANT for the day!

What They Don't Do:

-Full setup of decor & tables (that takes several hours and is typically done a day or more prior to the wedding or if it's done on the day of, it's a full team project that requires several hands.

-Change all garbages, clean bathrooms, clear plates, bartend etc... There should be staff doing this. However, DOC can alert staff is they aren't fulfilling those duties.

-They are not your MC or DJ.

-They're not involved in planning the event (like booking vendors, designing the look, budgeting, etc.).

-They're not full-service planners—more like the final puzzle piece that brings everything together.
